I drove into my appointment , when I got there I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I had an appointment card with my time and date on it. This has happened to me 3 times in the past years.It looks as if after spending near $12,000 they don’t seem to have time for me any more, or they don’t keep very good records. The work done is great , the problem is office practices.
