I have an Inspiron 15 model 3511 that was sent to repair under service ID 168523504. The battery and motherboard were replace and since then battery life is 2 hours or less. I also had to do a Windows 11 reset in order to clear several errors that kept cropping up. I just want to inform Dell about the issues and let them know that their work wasn't satisfactory. We have learned to adjust to the minimal battery time. I do not intend to spend more money on future repais and am unsure if I ever get another Dell. laptop
