I had an appointment scheduled and CONFIRMED for a treatment for 10/25 between 3-5 p.m. I asked if I could get as far of a heads up of when the tech would be at my home because I had to coordinate dropping off 3 cats and 2 dogs at the groomer. It was critical as my pets and house have fleas. I received a generic message in the morning from the technician, Victor Pazmino, confirming he'll be here. I called him later in the day to see if could get an update - no answer. Called again, he picked up and the call dropped and he didn't call back. I reached out to the office to ask for their help in getting an update. They couldn't get him because he was driving so I called again and spoke w/him. He said he was running late but would be there at 5:22 per his GPS. Keep in mind my animals had to go to the groomer so I brought them at 4 p.m. At 5:45 no Victor...I called him and he said he was at another customers house and could he come tomorrow. I lost it and couldn't even talk to him so I gave the phone to my husband. This took a LOT of coordinating to get a tech and the animals groomed (with a cost of $500) and he had the nerve to see if he could come tomorrow. He said he'd make some calls and get back to us. No call back! I called the office and the Regional Manager, Cameron, was pulled in. I was told from the CSR who answered the phone to give it 15 minutes to hear something back. Again, NO call even from the manager. About 1 1/2 hours later (around 7:20 p.m.) Victor is at my door. He didn't say he was sorry..nothing. He came in and just stood there. I asked him what do you need and he started spraying. Very awkward to say the least! I was sick to my stomach trying to get some sort of communication and no one even bothered calling me back. What POOR customer service. Now, the house can't be occupied for many hours... I have 5 animals done w/the groomer, where am I to go? I am disgusted with Terminex and the way this was handled. I didn't even get a call with an apology from anyone but you know what I did get? A BILL? Again, disgusted! I think for all of the hassle this visit should be waived. I am extremely annoyed and upset with what I had to go through with this visit and will be cancelling my service and will not be speaking well about Terminex unless I receive some sort of apology and compensation for this ordeal.
