We ordered two windows bay &side living room

We ordered two windows bay &side living room . Two people came from Lowe’s and measured and ordered 48 inch windows they delivered windows then came two days later to install but were the wrong size.should have been 47 3/4. Have to wait three weeks longer poor business. No help with management. Had to call multiple times still can’t get a date only three weeks but before winter. The name on the order is Charles & Constance Gremore. My parents have done way too much business to be treated like this missed doctors appointments. My parents whom I have authority to speak for should be granted a discount, store credit for their inconvenience nothing has been offered not even an apology. Will never do business again with Lowe’s if not correctly addressed.
