walked in to get a some food, an it walked up to the counter and staired at me, so assuming it wanted my order I said what I wanted, it talked for the first time and said $7.50, pulled out my money laid it on the counter and it looked at the money, then pushed it back to me and said, forget it, your food will be up in a few minutes, I said I'm confused, it said that I should have put the money in their hand not on the counter and that I was rude. I said you are the one that is rude, you never greeted me, never asked what I would like, never said thank you and I here spending my money which allows you to have a job! I told it to shove the food and walked out...The real kicker is, it's name tag said General Manager. Tried to report this to Arby's but they don't care.
