Visited family express in bourbon in around 10:45 am 9/12/26

Visited family express in bourbon in around 10:45 am 9/12/26. Employee named Hope was unbelievably rude when I cashed in a $100.00 lotto scratch off. She looked at me with a very mean and angry look and said;"YOU KNOW WE DON'T CASH ANYTHING OVER $50.00,WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS?" I said I didn't know that but I never cased one for over 5 bucks!! She counted out the money and threw in on the Counter. I told her then I didn't like her extreme rudeness and she didn't belong in public service, her response was, I DON'T GIVE A SHIT !!!@@ And stormed off. This is normal behavior for her but this was over the top! I have read several complaints throughout Family Express locations with similar employee behavior with no action taken, so apparently corporate doesn't GIVE A SHIT EITHER !!!!
