Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation for fist thing on a Thursday. Other issues were found for which I approved. No further communication it end of day was given except they were waiting on tires. Friday again no communication after leaving 5 messages 3 of which were to the manager on duty. In the messages I explained I needed our car asap as I have 3 special needs children and have an appointment on Monday. Finally at around 5 pm received text that they were finished with everything but the alignment. I asked when I would be able to pick it up. No answer except a vague text saying probably Monday. I have been calling every department since with again no answers.
