I have initiated request stating couple of transaction are not authorized one, Its a spam one using my credentials saying they represent Paypal customer support, I called you guys immediately as I saw this transaction & updated saying its not me on 5th of Jan only, Its fraud attempt done with my credential then I changed my password credential. I am not sure your customer teams are updating correct things, When I called on 5th Jan I was said this transactions are in hold will be refunded back to my account, if its authorized transactions why would I call you guys immediately after seeing transactions & asked to stop it. Paypal never took this case seriously or raised dispute to get the money back to my paypal account. They wanted to processed the transaction after asking to stop the transaction multiple used my Paypal credit & bitcoin money Thank you
