I stayed in Days Inn in Attalla Alabama from December 1st to the 3rd. I checked out the Monday morning at 11:30 but I had already paid for that day. I was told by the lady behind the counter that I would be able to get a refund because I was leaving 30 minutes after I paid. I have called over there three times and I have not been able to speak to the manager there. He is conveniently not there whenever I call. So my complaint is why am I having to pay $70.94 for 30 minutes? And another thing I stayed in room 133 and I killed a couple of roaches. So that I do not appreciate. . My name is TyAnna LeJeune. I don't appreciate being ripped off by certain people that are not from my United States. Thanks
