Appliance warranty purchased and refrigerator not repaired after 15 days! Keep sending companies to home unable to fix refrigerator, refer to Samsung to dispatch team. Assurant won’t pay Samsung or reimburse for refrigerator. Have family of 5, disabled and meds have to be refrigerated or unable to use! I have been hung up on by rep (Juan), and still have no refrigerator at all! Do not purchase their extended warranty! I have been more stressed trying to get repaired than figuring a way to pay for new refrigerator !!
