I booked an AirAsia return flight from Bali (Denpasar) to Labuan Bajo through Booking.com.
I tried to change the return flight from Labuan Bajo. I accessed the Contact us in Customer Care (chat box) but was advise to call to the Netherlands or Sydney office.
When trying to call both offices an automated response advised me to enter my customer reference number and pin, this I entered a few times correctly but was told that the booking cannot be found.
I sent a customer request 10 times to please check my booking reference so that I can enter this correctly on the automated telephone call but every time was told to call the customer care telephone number.
I kept on trying to change my flight for more than 10 days without any succes, just getting the same automated response.
So not in anyway was I being helped, supported or assisted with this.
I eventually had to by another flight ticket for myself and my partner.
I have long been a member of Booking.com and always use them when booking accomodation.
I feel deeply disappointed and let down by Booking.com and will not use them in future.
