First , I called to speak to a representative about the online scheduling process for Covid testing. Unfortunately, I did not speak to a customer service representative. No one came on line to speak to me. I waited 15 minutes and I was just cut off.
Second, the online scheduling process for administration of a Covid test is flawed. I tried setting an appointment for a Covid test and couldn’t get through the process. After I entered my insurance information, the process just stopped at that point. I press “next” and it would not move to the next step. What is worse, there was no one who could help finish the scheduling process. So I called Customer Service today- and no one answered. I spoke to no one.
I would appreciate a response to my concerns. And maybe an actual human being to speak with and not a robot.
