At Anderson location Hey. 81 @ Cornelia, there were 2 trainees. Orders were backed up and the person training would not step in and assist the trainees in getting caught up. I ordered online at 5:29pm. App said estimated pick up was 5:37pm. Got my drinks at 5:57pm. I had take out food in the car which was cold by time I got my drinks because the trainer would not assist the struggling trainees. I don’t have an issue with people needing to learn but the trainer should be able read the situation and make necessary adjustments to meet business demands. There were also 3 other people waiting on orders.
