My daughters phone was banned with no evidence or explanation. I explained a bit in her school has been sending malicious complaints about a number of girls which has resulted in similar bans. Customer service did not help, provide any detail. This has caused huge distress to my daughter which I have explained. Customer service has now said matter is closed and will not respond to any emails. There is no way to talk to anyone at their customer service team, it’s dismal customer service showing no care to their users despite when I had assumed they had a moral and legal responsibility to do so.
