Facebook had been over charge me and do multiple billing on 25 to 30 Dec 2023. Contact customer service, they mentioned they have no authority to access account after I show her Facebook bill me 8x from 25 to 28 Dec. My ads a months only ard $200.00 in Dec they have total bill me for $900plus. She refer me to payment @ Facebook email no reply and i tried support @ Facebook email also no reply. Now case has been put into Dispute investigation by my bank but my bank told me i have to settle the bills during investigation if not there may have bank interest incurred?! Anyone face the same issue and can advise?
