I ordered an item off H&M, using the app and the prompts to ensure my info was put in correctly. I was then told the delivery cannot be success and was being sent back to the sender. I then got on the phone with customer service and all they told me my address was put in incorrectly and now nothing can be done. The representative told me to try to purchase it again online but my item was sold out (I purchased one of the last ones) and she suggested next time to put the address in correctly. All that was missing from my address was my unit number of my apartment and nothing can be done now? It so disappointing to see such a big company neglect customer service. Such a simple task that many other companies are able to do but H&M cant? I'm extremely angry because this item was not available in any H&M stores in Toronto and was very limited online but now I cannot have it simply because of a logistic problem???
