Since my husband and I are retired and finding it pretty hard to make ends meet, we haven't bought a pizza hut pizza in years. But you sent us a coupon for a large 5 topping or specialty pizza for $12.99. We decided we had to have one, and silly us, we were excited. So I called and ordered the Works. I was quoted 20 minutes, cut out my coupon and went to the neighborhood Pizza Hut. The kid at the counter took my coupon, messed around on the computer for a bit, then told me it would be $18.54. I pay taxes, but there's no way taxes would be $5.55! He explained that he couldn't find that coupon (and I made sure it wasn't expired) so that was the best he could do. There's no way I'm going to pay an extra $5.55 because he couldn't find/put the coupon in! I'm so disappointed and my husband's says we aren't important enough for anyone to care if we ever come back! But this is unacceptable and you should know about it! Thank you, Sherry Weiglein
