My flight AC8062 from Vancouver to Kamloops on December 7th, 2023 at 9:20pm I experienced substandard customer service by both flight attendants on flight. The male attendant was rude when I was inconvenienced by someone being in my seat. Him and the female attendant decided without my consent that I would just sit in the seat the other passenger was supposed to be in. I pre-booked my seat specifically and was not happy I was not even given an option. Between the snarky comment that the male attendant made to me in front of other passengers and the dismissive way my seating was handled I was very disappointed with my experience on this flight. I’m not looking for compensation in any way. I just wanted to voice my concern that your employees are treating passengers in this way. The experience makes me hesitant to want to book with Air Canada again if this is standard customer service treatment on your flights. Thank you, Shelly
