Horrible customer experience I have had in the past 2 months going to McDonald’s. New management and staff are surprisingly rude when you ask for additional sauces. If you order extra sauce during your order they do not tell you are being charged even if you’re ordering chicken nuggets. Every time I have asked at the window I have gotten a laugh in my face and a “sorry we charge now” or “you know that’s an extra 25 cents right” insinuating I don’t have the money. At which I pulled out change and handed it to them and watched him pocket it. No receipt was written up there are simply being nasty to be nasty to people. This is my 6th time experiencing this behavior once by the manager herself. I work in customer service so it does take a lot for me to write a review/complaint but after giving it multiple tries to see if it was someone having a bad day I’m very disappointed in the McDonald’s chain. Parents trying to bring food home to their busy families getting greeted with this sort of petty remarks and behavior I sadly won’t be returning. Respectfully mother of 5.
