I called store number #9417 2552 Eldorado pkwy , Frisco texas today 11/17/2023. I placed a order on the mobile app as I always do and when I got home my order was incorrect. I always order pepperoni pizza and this pizza was cheese. Then the manager Jackie stated it cost extra for pepperoni and I never got charged extra for it. She was rude and she stated that since it was my mistake they would have to charge me for another pizza. I have never been treated with disrespect by anyone let alone a manager. I called back a second time to get the manager name and the older lady that answered the phone hung up on me and would not give me her name. She was disrespectful to me. They need to be held accountable for there actions. I’m gone file a report with the BBB and also the news station. I already left a review on google.
