I ordered a large mocha Frappuccino, a slice of banana bread and a slice of pumpkin bread thru door dash. What was delivered wasn’t even close. I got some sort of mocha coffee and a bagel. I called Starbucks at Gravois Bluffs, Fenton MO and told them this was not my order. She states the dasher grabbed the wrong bag even thou my name was on the bag. She stated it’s not their fault and call door dash. She said there was probably two people with the same name. Total BS. I called door dash and they refunded my money. This was in no way door dash’s fault. They gave the wrong order. I am sick of problems and long wait times when I go myself. I will never order from Starbucks again. Poor customer service, placing the blame on everyone but themselves, it’s not worth dealing with them.
