My husband and I visited the Great Clips on Whipp Road in Dayton, Ohio on Saturday October 28, 2023. We requested a trim for his haircut and explained to her how much we wanted off. He had told her someone previously used a clipper and did not want that. She stated she would use scissors. One minute later I looked up and she just used a clipper and started shaving the back of his head !!! I looked up and saw that and immediately ran up to her and asked her what she was doing…. No response . At this time, nothing could be be done to restore any semblance of a decent haircut . So we just let her finish. Absolutely pathetic haircut !! There was no one in the store other than us and three workers. And no other customers . One stylist was sitting and just said, next time, bring a picture …. No wonder there was no one else at this facility on a Saturday afternoon. So disappointed and frankly quite pissed at this display on non professionalism…. We have visited many GC locations and were never treated this way
