Waited in drive thru 15 min. Never waited in. Drove to pick up window someone finally came to window. Told him I’d been waiting and he said they only had 3 employees what do I want him to do about it. Chicken sandwich burned hardly any lettuce. Pick up window was so dirty couldn’t see worker behind it. Very dirty restaurant. Fry grease is definitely dirty. Tastes burnt. I guess they don’t have time to maintain oil.
