I am a Doordash driver in Jerome, ID I had an order on Saturday night, Nov. 11th. There was only one person working the whole store. My clients order was not ready when I got there and I waited 30 minutes for it to be done. During that time, I lost money because I had to wait there instead of making other deliveries. Then, on Sunday night, I had another order at the same Pizza Hut store. When I arrived, the order was not ready. There were four employees when I got there. Two other ladies were waiting for their orders. One employee went into the restroom while two other employees went outside! That left one employee there. He didn't know how to make stuffed crust and could not find anyone to help him. The employee in the bathroom was in there the whole time I was waiting! The other two employees came in from outside 20 minutes later! I was waiting, along with the other ladies, for 45 minutes! I lost money because I couldn't get other deliveries while I was waiting for that order. I got no apology or explanation for why they were not in the store for those 20-30 minutes!
