Sept. 20, 2023 Samsung was to upgrade my damaged phone with a rebate savings of $600, then upgrade the device to the latest Galaxy Z5 flip within 72hrs. When I hit the purchase button in the email the night of 48hr the price changed with my 72hr window agreement to $1100 out of pocket for a $100 dollar device - verses the agreed out of pocket cost for me of $482.49 with $600 trade in value for my phone.
