Every time I go to store to add funds to my emerald cars, I have to wait for management who is usually outside smoking. Tonight I went in an hr before closing & management said I had to wait 20 min until she was off of her break. The cashier felt terrible she wasn't authorized to help me! Management explained there was nothing she could do if she was on break or she would get fired! I'm truly upset that this is the only store I ever have issues with adding money to my card at! Unfortunately it's the closest one to where I live, I do try to remember to do so when I'm close to another store, because I know it will be a real hassle at this particular store!
