I bought two business class tickets to travel from Newarl-EWR (USA) to Ahmedabad on 26 September to reach Ahmedabad on 27th September. All of sudden received e-mail about revised schedule to start journey with different time and layover for more than a day at Delhi. I asked question about accomodation but customer service was not able to provide me any assurance. I had to rebboked it on 29 September (which shortened my trip for 3 days and reschedule my all trevelling arrengements). Air India did not came to expectation for better communication and customer support. Hoping that services may got better after transfer of ownership but I was deadly wrong. Sincerely, Rajesh Patel
