I am most unhappy with the new terms of service and organization (or disorganization) of the Geek Squad. I do not mind paying $200 for a service that was free months ago but at that price, I should be able to choose which tech I want coming to my home. For 8 days I have been lied to, given conflicting information, and told there was no way to contact corporate. They placate me by saying one thing but doing another. They do not have the supervisors return promised calls. Some operators say they have no way of getting in contact with other departments. Others say they can access information, make promises, and then cannot be reached again. They have no repercussions for lying. One tech said the person I requested no longer worked for Best Buy Geek Squad. The next told me that wasn't true and the tech I requested would call me tonight. He never called.I am a retired person "in my golden years" who is so disgusted with this company. People have no accountability these days. What a shame!
