Wreckless driver. On February 12 @11am a Tucson driver, driving in a residential area on Rockcliff Rd, passed another delivery truck in a double yellow line causing the other truck to go onto the shoulder to avoid a passenger car coming from the other direction . My guess is your driver was leaving Canyon Ranch after a delivery. I will reach out to Canyon Ranch as well
