I've been to the new McDonald's on Caroline western Blvd, 2 times and every single time they get my order wrong. I order a double quarter pounder without cheese. The first time they scraped on piece of cheese off and left the other. This time the put 2 pieces of cheese after I asked for no cheese it's even on the special ticket they put on my hamburger box no cheese or onion. I don't live close to the McDonald's so going back and wasting my gas will not do. The first time there was an employee sitting in the dining room on her phone swearing out loud and burping out load with costumers in the dining room. I don't know if she was on brake or off of work ,but still the same it shouldn't be allowed for employees to act this way. I'm allergic to cheese, and if I didn't look at my food before I put it in my mouth I could have gotten very sick. This is not a good way to treat costumers when you're the new kid on the block Spend more time with getting meals right and less time remaking orders you messaged up. Now I know I'm not going to be reimbursed for my gas, or the time waisted be pistoff at their incompetence.so this will be the last time I waist my time and money there, and if I could give them less then a one star I would, and the rating would be a quarter star, with out cheese!
