Since Zach left your 4001 s. Salina st Syracuse NY pharmacy it has been a disaster. Except for Mia and Mary Ellen, you have hired rude incompetent people that don't know what they're doing. They run out of meds, they close at 1 or 2 cuz no one can fill in, that's nonsense, get a person from another store , drive up closes, lack of help, dates you can fill meds always wrong depending on who you speak to, now every script they say needs prior auth, yet Dr has no.psperwork and Dr never notified of need for prior auth, so no form to fill out, whicheans cash payments people don't have.
