Early this year I had posts put in. When the time came I went to Aspen Dental to start the final process for the implants. First complaint: Cannot call to find out status . There is no way to call Aspen Dental directly. Everytime I had a question I had to drive a 1 hour round trip to ask. 2ND Complaint: More excuses for not attending to my problem. Extended the implant procedure for more than a month. And not a word from them. Last time I went there was to ask if the parts were ordered, reception talked around the question. After restating the question on whether they ordered the parts..the answer was no. The Elizabeth City Aspen Dental clinic staff is inefficient..and seem somewhat inexperienced. They said they would call in 2 weeks. Never happened. I am cutting ties with this clinic. If they ordered parts (which I doubt) I'm not paying. If the reception is poor..workmanship will probably fall in the same category.
