On Monday On the way to see my mother stopped at Burger King her favorite fast food place. I ordered two whopper juniors, two fries and two drinks after waiting an abnormally long time for my food in the drive-through. I finally received it and drove onto my mom’s, which is only two blocks away literally one minute. I took the food out of the bag and was so disappointed. Most of the fries were missing, both burgers were a mess like someone used their feet to arrange them, and everything was cold! Normally I don’t mind paying the prices you charge I understand inflation and I even used to the 2 for 1 coupon for $14.99 + tax. However, its unconscionable, to be expected to pay for an uneditable, sloppy, cold, mess. I would ask that you either refund the purchase price or supply me with a coupon of sorts to replace the order.
