Today I have visited the store/outlet of KFC at 8pm here in bhubaneswar "Jaydev Vihar "(Odisha) for a dine-in, but while transaction via paytm upi don't how the payment request catched to any person named "Devyani" and payment request approved to pay. The said amount was Rs.676.82 and "UPI id paytm-14790230@paytm". After showing the details in store they denied to help and asked to contact the person who got the money. Even called to customer care but couldn't make it. So here I am sharing my details and screenshots for your reference, kindly do the needful in this regard and process my said amount for refund ASAP.
