I ordered a hot water heater in August waited till october 18 finally was contacted. Went october 19 to pickup it was the wrong one. Really I waited 45 day for nothing. So now I want my credit card credited back and the reordered canceled. I'll never set foot in another lowes store. That's a promise disgusted with your poorly run business.
