I walked in to subway at around 14th November 2023 to buy menu 4 and as I was about to pay, I said “including tax?” And she goes what? I had to spell out TAX so she could understand and then she proceeds to say, “your English is not good” That was a shocking comment coming from an Indian lady. She was so rude afterwards even after I expressed my displeasure. She repeated it several times and started speaking in her language. I believe the only languages allowed at Subway Canada should be English and French. Why do you guys have employees that interact in Indian language whilst on duty. This is highly unprofessional and the most terrible service that I have ever received. I don’t know her name but she is Indian and the store is on Yonge street , Toronto. Please look into this and the right reprimanding should be applied.
