The pharmacy team @ your Bourne,MA 1 Trowbridge rd. Location has been considerably unkind and does not treat their patients as such. I've been talked to with no respect hung up upon, but most recently I've had an issue with filling prescriptions so much so I've had to call my insurance to call on my behalf as well as my Dr to get a proper response. 5 days ago my Dr authorized a refill yet o called today and they still haven't called my insurance for a simple override . What exactly has to be done for these employees of yours to just do their jobs and take it seriously and treat their patients with courtesy?.. I'm aghast and very upset that it's come to this. I have to transfer all my meds to another location.
