I went toBurger King church ave location on Friday Sept.29 2023 at around 650am. I tried to order breakfast at the drive thru and the employee said there was no breakfast and offered me lunch. I thought it was a joke. So I asked again and he said we have no breakfast but there's lunch if you want lunch. No explanation of why. No apology. I called the next evening and asked to speak with a manager. First, she said I must have come too early. Then she said the staff must've been late due to the rain then she said no one was there to help because everyone called out. A million excuses. I explained to her that the attendant never said any of those things and never apologized for the inconvenience. The manager then began screaming at me so loud that I had to move the phone from my ear, she was screaming and swearing. No wonder your emoyees treat the customers the way they do. They're learning from the management. The staff there needs at the very least retraining. The manager should be fired.
