twice ordered from store 2372. twice delivery 30+ mins late!!! understandable it's halloween; order placed this morning for 5:45pm delivery; it's 6:10pm, no order yet! not impressed, again!!! spoke with manager Jeff (id# 10233386). he stated they had an excess of 15 orders for my delivery time frame. understandable! he apologized, said the order was on the way. hoped my complaint would help the issue, moving forward. 6:22pm- still no order! (30+mins late again!). perhaps jeff wasn't truthful that it was really "on its way" at 5:50pm? we live 7-10 mins away! apologies for the yada! would welcome a free pizza or points for the inconvenience!
