I placed an order in the retail store; it went through and the next day I got an email it was canceled no explanation why. I think that is poor customer service it should have shown out of stock. The associate said two was in stock. You need to improve on your business several ways. When you go to the retail store no one but about two associates people walking around looking to check out. I called my local Belk twice the telephone ranged and ranged no answer from two different departments. That is truly unreal for a company large as yours. You act like you don’t care just as long as customers buy from you. I’ve been a customer for years and in the passed no problem until three years ago.
You have stopped where customers can speak to a Corporate Customer Service associate. That tells me you don’t care about customers just their money. I would like a response ASAP.
