I ordered 2pizzas, 18 piece wings, and drink with my order being $65 and change, on top of me tipping the delivery driver $7. When they brought my order, I had no wings, no drinks, and 1 pizza. I've been waiting on my refund for 2 weeks, and everytime I call customer service they keep telling me that my request is in escalation. I swear I'm so ready to ring someone's neck. This is why I don't eat out, majority of the time you will end up dissapointed. Today made the 4th time I've called since 12/01 and I keep getting the same response. I can not stand these poeple or their customer service. I't horrible.
