I finally received my Cadillac Lyric after I pre-ordered it for 2 years and it was given to me on 7/31 after only 2 days of having my lyrig it tried doing an update and the 12v battery died leaving me stranded. I took the vehicle to service and it was returned to me after 3 days with a new 12v but the service department forgot to force the updated the vehicle tried again to do the update over night and left me stranded again the very next day. Service once again placed a new 12v battery and forced the update. I once gain get my vehicle and after finally using the vehicle that it needed to be charged went to a Fast charging station and the vehicle kept rejecting the fast charging after 3 tried I gave up but the attempts itself burned the big lithium battery. My vehicle is now been in service for 6 weeks and still waiting on GM to get it back running. I have completely lost faith in the vehicle and General Motors. You won't think being your first EV car you would be more attentive to your vehicle and customers.
