I come to this same mcdonalds AT LEAST 4 times week. Location is 100 East Foothill Blvd, Upland, CA. After ordering my breakfast sandwiches, I ALWAYS have to ask for salt and pepper. Most of the employees at this location do not have a problem giving me some salt and pepper. There is one female employee who ALWAYS has an attitude when I politely ask for some salt and pepper. She ALWAYS comes back with 1 salt and 1 pepper. You would think she had to pay for them. She is the ONLY one who reluctantly gives me 1 salt and 1 pepper for my complete order. I really hate it when she is the one giving me my order. I usually just ignore her and ask someone else if I can get some more salt and pepper or I just go out to my car and get some. Today she did the same thing. Gave me 1 salt and 1 pepper. When I asked her politely if I could have some more,please, she became agitated and went and got 1 more salt and more pepper and threw them in my bag. As a loyal customer of mcdonalds in general and this location in particular, I believe I should not have to continually be treated like this by this individual. Very poor customer service.
