I have been buying pizza from your company since @ 1977. For the past few years when ordering pizzas I have ordered one with out cheese because a dairy problem. On Thursday Jan 12th I ordered our usual two pizzas one with no cheese. Just placing the order took nearly 11minutes while being left on hold for long periods of time. I reminded the Young man 1 more time the meat lovers with x Tra sauce gets no
Cheese. Picked up pizza and took them home and meat lovers has cheese. Neither pizza looked like the pizzas that has kept us as customers for this many years. Very few toppings, very little sauce, very dry and a little over cooked. Call pizza hut back gave him all information, and was told our slip doesn't say no cheese. I told him to do a phone number history so he could see this is your mistake, not mine. He finally remade the pizza. I guess if messed up I would really go the x-Tra mile to fix it, the pizza probably should have been returned, it was that bad. It felt like an old friend just messed me over. Feeling very fractured at this time.
