This is for the kfc location at 1720 Middlesex St, Lowell, MA 01851. I arrived at 4:30pm on 12/1/23 and I noticed the lobby is always closed and I had a large order with multiple ppl wanting to know what is on the menu and I didn’t want to hold up the drive through. I walked into the front entrance for the pickup area to ask if the closing was temp or if the lobby was forever closed and the mgr at the front said we don’t need to tell you anything and that was the end of it. I’m guessing he hears this question a lot but the way the came across was very rude. This is the only kfc within 45 min from me and it’s a shame this mgr treats his customers this way. I see plenty of employees in the store and I can’t see a reason the lobby is closed other than personal preference.
