We stayed at the extended stay in castleton Indianapolis recently for over a month. We never had our taxes taken off after 30 days. Then yesterday we got a phone call from the front desk,one of the front desk employees..she was extremely rude second time that happened. Telling us we had to check out due to the hotel being booked which it wasn't. The day previous to that she informed me rudely that if anything happens again we'll be asked to leave. She was referring to me asking about a guest staying there , cleaning rooms ,taking out trash etc. When they made it clear guests couldn't work there. The management is horrible. There's a strong marijuana smell , cigarette smoke also. It's disgusting. People come in& out without a key & prop the doors open with sticks etc.
