I’m not once but three times now I have visited Sheldon (Birmingham) McDonald’s , we have come across a male which seems to be a manager being very rude and shouting at his staff in a disgusting manner. When visited yesterday about 9pm he shouted at a young member of staff for walking away from the Uber driver, which was not the case he simply just didn’t see him as was packing an order. And to do this in front of members of the public is disgusting behaviour. Surely shouldn’t be in a management role if that’s the way he can talk to staff In front of customers. As I said this is not the first time I have witnessed this man be rude. Makes you not want to visit again.
