I went into the store to get internet service, they were quick to take advantage of a senior citizen. They offered two new phone if we switched our mobile service to them. I asked if they used contract. they said No. I bought insurance for both phones. The screen on one was shattered by my dropping it (By accident) When I called to insurance, the girl said I would have to pay $8.33 a month for the phones. I told her, they were free phones, WHY are you charging me??? It's been a DAMN mess with this situation. This is the worst mistake I ever made. NOW I'm STUCK with cheap phone for 2 years. Wow!!! I've lost all hope in this situation. Will someone help me with this Fiasco???
