Booked a villa in Bali that ended up being infested with ants and other instects We had originally booked for 3 nights but ended up only staying 5mins and had to look for new accommodation last minute with kids. The owner refuses to accept the cancellation and said lies about us. Booking.com sympathised but only provided 15% refund. I think booking.com are wrong for allowing these owners on their platform and allowing them to take money without providing a suitable place to stay.
