I’ve been waiting on a call back from someone for over a month now. I have to call every week and get good with in 72 hours I’ll get a call and never do. I will never visit another KFC after I went to the Durant ok location and was treated horribly and cooperate can’t even give me A call back. They allow their customers to be treated badly. Long story short I threw away my receipt in the trash can they have right after you go through the drive through, I was literally the last car that got food and barley pulled up enough for the next car behind me to get food. I go to get my meal and it wasn’t in there, the manager was hateful telling me she couldn’t give me my food without my receipt, that it wasn’t her fault I threw away my receipt… i said how is it my fault y’all didn’t give me my food? How long is one suppose to hang on to their recite and why is there a trash can right there if you can’t throw your recite away? I was the very last person they just gave food to, the boy who checked me out had just went on break, she called him back in there and he told her what I had and she still refused to give me my food, I had to go get in the trash outside and get my receipt out holding my 3 month old crying baby. When I got my Recite I took the other food I had back in there and demanded a refund. Nope she couldn’t give me one. All She could give me now was the food I didn’t get. So she went to make my nuggets( I couldn’t see her make them) so of course I didn’t eat them. I’ve never been treated so badly. Making me dig through a trash can before I can have my food I paid for with a baby in my arms. Not to mention I ordered a bucket of legs because that’s all my family likes and I get home and I only had 2 legs.. I’ve heard so Many other Stories of bad experiences after this happened to me. the horrible thing is that you can’t even get a call back from cooperate. Someone tried to off me a voucher to solve this.. that’s a joke right? I don’t want a voucher, I Will NEVER be back.
